Our CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building), will give you the opportunity to develop the skills to manage a wide range of building projects. You will learn the principles, regulations and techniques of the building industry for low-medium rise buildings and projects. You will learn how to coordinate the complete construction of a residential, industrial or commercial building and take responsibility for your work.
You will be trained by industry professionals where you will develop specialised skills and knowledge to pursue future employment in the construction business.

There are no entry requirements for this course, however students are required to undertake the Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment and Pre -Training Review. This will assist to determine candidate’s suitability and relevance for the course and identification of any support required.
Student requires White Card at the time of enrolment.
After successful completion of CPC50220 Diploma of Building & Construction (Building), you may continue with your studies by enrolling in CPC60220 Advanced Diploma of Building & Construction (Management). Some Diploma competencies count towards the Advanced Diploma program.
