• CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
A step above the Certificate III, The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is higher level qualification that is ideal for those who are after managerial and supervisory roles in the sector. It is also popular among individuals who want to upskill and get better job roles. Like the Cert III, you’ll learn to plan and implement programs that best suit the needs of children. In addition, you’ll also gain leadership skills to manage and supervise teams in your workplace.
The course lasts for 16 months and also includes a work placement. Job outcomes of this qualification include- Early Childhood Educator, Out-of-School-Hours Educator or Coordinator, Family Day-Care Operator, Early Childhood Centre Director or Coordinator.
